2018 Lucia Garys’ SLH Pinot Noir

The 2018 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard is a little more dense, focused, and tight, with beautiful black cherry and currant fruits as well as notes of camphor, new leather, violets, and earthy notes. I love its balance. Medium to full-bodied, it has nicely integrated acidity, subtle oak, and a great finish. It's going to keep for 7-8 years, easily. Along with the 2016, its the finest vintage of this release I've tasted! $70 (Available GT)

New Vintage! WOW-74% Off!
2019 McIntyre Rose of Pinot Noir

Winemaker Notes: This Rosé is sure to please any occasion, food or mood that may occur. While it is never easy to compensate for Mother Nature’s vicissitudes, this wine was undoubtedly enhanced by the work we did in the vineyard. The vines for this Rosé are now 48 years old, own rooted and grown on a Lyre trellis system. The crop was thinned to encourage even ripening and more concentrated fruit flavors. North/south row orientation ensured even sun exposure from dawn to sunset. $24 Our Price $6.25 (Available GT and VRW)

 2019 Lucia SLH Pinot Noir

Winemaker Notes: A stunning melange of three truly unique vineyard sites (52% Pisoni, 18% Garys’, and 30% Soberanes), the 2019 Lucia Pinot Noir exhales deeply as its ruby hue trickles down the side of the glass. Notes of spiced plum, black cherry and sage quickly fill the glass. This wine is initially tightly wound, but each passing minute allows for new layers and aromas to unfold. At first, subtle notes of dried raspberry and sous bois were most prominent, but time in the glass promotes the expression of richer, more powerful notes of black cherry, crushed strawberry, sandalwood, and baking spice. The trademarked coastal fog and stiff afternoon winds of the Santa Lucia Highlands provide the refreshing acidity necessary for a long life in bottle. $48 (Available GT)

2018 Collina Dalla Valle Oakville Red

The 2018 Collina Dalla Valle is a flat out gorgeous wine. Racy and sumptuous to the core, the 2018 captures all of the natural radiance of this eastern sector of Oakville. Drinking window: 2020 – 2030. $115 (Arrives GT 5/19/21)

TARDIEU-LAURENT Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes 2016

Winemaker Notes: Pale straw color with hits of green. On the nose, great varietal intensity. Powerful and balanced aftertaste. $20 Our Price $15.99 (Available GT and VRW)

2019 Barberani Polago Sangiovese

Here I’m find a wonderfully fresh expression, as the 2019 Barberani Polago lifts from the glass with peppery red florals, wild berries, and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, soothing, fleshy textures usher in notes of ripe cherry and hints of sweet spice with cooling acidity. Violet florals echo throughout the finish, with lingering notes of spiced cherry and hints of pepper. Wow, what a remarkably vibrant expression, mixing Montepulciano and Sagrantino, and also an amazing value. $20 Our Price $16.49 (Available GT and VRW)

2016 Hewitt Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon

Starting with the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, this ripe, sexy red comes all from Rutherford and has a big nose of sweet blueberries, plums, dark chocolate, tobacco, and spice. It's not for those looking for lightweight aromas and flavors, yet it wears its ripe fruit well, showing full-bodied richness, good purity, and a lively feel on the palate.
