A dry white wine made with premium Bordeaux varieties: Sauvignon Blanc (40%), Sémillon (40%), and Muscadelle (20%). This blend, based on ancient tradition, is rare in Bordeaux these days.

Traditional winemaking : skin contact (50%), cool fermentation (16/18° C) in vat, and barrel-ageing on the lees for about 3 weeks, which makes the wine round, smooth, and fruity. This wine is ideal as an aperitif and with fish, seafood (oysters, mussels), or goat's cheese.
