Pow! Bam! Smack! Same bat time same bat channel…This Chardonnay really kicks it up a few notches. Full throttle and drenched in tropical flavors of pineapple, and butter, it sounds crazy but wait until you taste this one. A tidal wave of tropical tones, soft butterscotch and then the butter hits you like a wave—pow! Mild acids and cushy oak tannins allow a long lush finish. Pair this with crab cakes and Chardonnay cream sauce, grilled chicken with a tropical mango/lime salsa or grilled artichokes marinated in garlic and butter.
