Words do no justice to describe these Chablis-like soils. The resulting wine is purely of the site with very clean, bright, pure flowers, great minerality, lithe palate weight and great acidity.
Wine Advocate The 2005 Syrah Harrison Clark is a fruit bomb with loads of blackberry and cassis fruit, medium to full body, noteworthy purity, and very little noticeable oak, which of course is one of the signatures of Copain wines.
