International Wine Cellar Pale, bright color. Complex and enticing aromas of pungent gooseberry, green melon and green pepper. Juicy, fresh and varietally accurate, with notes of pepper and mint. Initially some edgy acidity and unabsorbed CO2 gave the wine a disjointed quality, but it opened nicely and harmonized with aeration, showing good weight and fullness without losing its verve.
