2014 Rosenblum Rockpile Zinfandel

Winemaker Notes: The power and grace of our Rockpile Road Zinfandel is a culmination of its unique climate, soil and pedigree. Bold, dark fruit, redolent with blueberries and boysenberry jam, shapes the core and establishes the masculine, mountain character of this high-elevation Zinfandel. Black pepper, cocoa and toasted oak spices weave through the multiple layers, joined by big, chewy tannins. Low yields in 2014 further enhanced concentrated flavors, delivering red fruit tones that lend elegance and promise good aging potential. From one of the great AVAs, our Rockpile Road Zinfandel packs a truckload of berries on the palate. Medium to full bodied, this a superb choice with barbecued pork ribs. $42 Our Price $10.95

2017 Lucienne Pinot Noir Doctor's Vineyard

Winemaker Notes: A riper and more robust Pinot Noir, with layers of cherry and citrus fruits along with brown spice and tones of mushroom and earth. The wine’s balanced acidity and smooth tannins lead to a round, approachably soft mouthfeel and a lingering finish. $50 Our Price $39.99 (Back in stock)

2016 Paul Lato Chardonnay le Souvenir Sierra Madre Vineyard

From one of the oldest vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley, Paul Lato’s superb 2016 Chardonnay le Souvenir Sierra Madre Vineyard reveals attractive aromas of yellow orchard fruit, citrus zest, peach and honeycomb. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, with more textural glossiness than the Belle de Jour, underpinned by bright acids and concluding with an intense, chalky finish. This is quite structurally tight-knit right now and will need a couple of years in the cellar to blossom. $80

2017 Poseidon Carneros Estate Chardonnay

Winemaker Notes: Initially shy, the aromas of this Chardonnay blossom into pear and nectarine, supported by hints of fall spices and a touch of linoleum resin. Those same stone fruits are echoed on the palate, with a squeeze of lime and a touch of toasted brioche. A fine-grained acidity provides a counterpoint to the summer-ripe fruit, leaving a medium-long finish. $26 Our Price $22.99
