Wine AdvocateA beautiful Chardonnay from Krupp Brothers, the 2014 displays crushed rock minerality in the aromatics, which also include honeysuckle, poached pear, white peach, and some tropical notes like tangerine. The color is a light gold and the wine full-bodied, layered and totally compelling. This is clearly one of the Chardonnays of the vintage. Drink it over the next decade.

Wine SpectatorCombines a broad, rich array of fig, melon and ripe apple flavors with snappy acidity. Smoky, toasty oak lends a touch of charry bitterness to the aftertaste, but this may fade with time. Drink now through 2020. 725 cases made.

Wine EnthusiastA full-bodied, quite ripe expression of the variety with an abundance of baked apple offset by a zest of lime, this wine is rich in vanilla and marshmallow.
