Wine EnthusiastThis blend of 26% Viognier, 25% Grenache Blanc, 25% Marsanne and 24% Roussanne manages to be both lush and light, showing candied melon, clover honey, pretty green pear and lime-butter on the nose. The palate offers Gala apples and fresh lemon zest, yet retains and intriguingly savory quality throughout the sip.

Wine AdvocateThe 2015 Cote de Tablas Blanc, which includes less Viognier than normal, checks in as an even split of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne. It's a perfumed, elegant and textured white that offers lots of citrus and saltiness as well as more background notes of chamomile, flowers and spice. It will shine on the dinner table, and while I'd lean toward drinking bottles over the coming couple of years, it will evolve for longer.
