Predominantly from volcanic soils, the 2021 Riesling Trocken is super clear, fresh and flinty on the precise and reductive nose that shows ripe but focused fruit with white peach and apricot aromas. Light and highly stimulating on the palate, this is a salty, crisp and grippy Riesling with juicy fruit and the mineral expression of the Nahe. 11.5% stated alcohol. Diam cork. Tasted in July 2022.

An austere, linear style, with a beam of white grapefruit acidity driving white blossom, flint and delicate peach flavors. Chalky and focused, with nice mineral energy and zesty citrus peel on the firm, medium-length finish. Drink now. 1,400 cases imported.
