Chateau Brondelle Graves 2015
Chateau Brondelle has been in the Belloc family for over 100 years. It is located in one of the premium areas of Bordeaux, Graves, where many of the greatest Bordeaux wines are crafted.
Graves is so named because of the huge bed of gravel beneath the soil. The gravel provides proper drainage as well as minerals and nutrients, which give the grapes flavor and density. It is unquestionably as unique as it gets.
Our selection is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. This is a classic combination. Of course, when you've been doing the same thing for 700 years, chances are you've got it pretty well figured out.

James SucklingSurprisingly firm and linear with a focused berry and cherry character, as well as hints of chocolate and spices. Medium to full body, bright acidity and a chewy finish. Give it one or two years to round out the tannins. Try in 2020.
