Lujon Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Cabernet Sauvignon has been on of our flagship wines from the inception of Lujon in 2005. We have been sourcing fruit from the Walla Walla Valley for over a decade and have grown to understand the climate, soils and vineyards that we work with. We strive for fruit expression, balance, and elegance. Our Cabernet is typically aged in French oak for a minimum of two years and typically will not receive more that 20% new oak. Although oak is integral to the wines development it should never be the main focus. We think you'll agree.
