Tamber Bey Rabicano 2016
Tamber Bey's estate-grown Bordeaux-blend wine, Rabicano (pronounced Rab-i-kawno), is a masterful blend that exhibits the unique traits of the Deux Chevaux Vineyard. The power of this wine comes from the Cabernet Sauvignon, which is softened by the addition of Merlot, most notably in the aromatics. The combination of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec all connect to layer the varietals and make this wine very approachable early on in its life.

James SucklingAn impressive blend of 69 per cent cabernet sauvignon and 22 per cent merlot with touches of malbec, petit verdot and cabernet franc, that delivers focused dark-fruit aromas, ahead of a core of ripe black currants that surround a smooth, central core of plush, fine tannins. Balanced and flavorful. Drink or hold.
