Fresh carnation and raspberry are spiced up with peppercorns, smashed asphalt and turned earth on the complex nose of this bottling. The palate is quite cohesive in flavors of roasted cherry and ripe strawberry, with fennel pollen, crushed slate and baking spice adding depth.

Brilliant scarlet. Aromas of fresh dark berries, pungent flowers, cola and a hint of allspice on the perfumed nose. Juicy and expansive in the mouth, offering concentrated bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors braced by a core of zesty acidity. Picks up licorice and savory herb notes with air and finishes long and smooth, with discreet tannins sneaking in late. Drinking Window: 2021-2027.
