Tasting Notes:
Salvestrin is a family affair that began way back in 1932, who was recently voted one of Napa Valley's Top 10 Small Undiscovered Wineries. Their Cabernet is fantastic, with everything you would expect from the varietal: Black cherry, blackberry on the nose, with a touch of spice. Full bodied, with supple tannin and a lengthy finish.

This is chockablock with winey dark currant and juicy plum pâte de fruit notes, laced with hints of licorice root, tar and roasted apple wood. Offers ample structure, but it's racy and well-embedded in the fruit. Really vibrant throughout. Best from 2023 through 2036
