Our 2018 Estate Chardonnay is a classic expression of the Wente clone, given its minerality and freshness juxtaposed with the comforting aromas of baking spices and rising yeast. This wine is fermented in French oak barrels, aged on the lees one year, and bottled unfiltered to retain maximum flavor and optimize mouthfeel.

Orchard fruit, lemon confit, flowers and mint all grace this exquisite, wonderfully nuanced Chardonnay from Dehlinger. Bright saline notes confer energy. The 2018 is one of the most beautiful, nuanced Chardonnays I can remember tasting here.
