Laird Mast Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
|Region||California, Napa Valley, Yountville|
The deep ruby-violet hue leads to enticing aromas of clove spice, cassis, toasted oak, and vanilla. The balanced palate is highlighted by concentrated flavors of black plum and cherry with undertones of caramel and rosemary, as juicy acidity and supple tannins linger on your palate.

Voluptuous and racy in the glass, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Mast Ranch is another very pretty, appealing wine from Laird. Soft curves and voluptuous fruit bring out quite a bit of raciness in the dark cherry, plum, mocha, licorice and lavender flavors. Drink it over the next decade or so.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Mast Ranch shows vague plums and blackberries notions with hints of earth, tree bark and pepper. Medium to full-bodied and quite firm and chewy in the mouth, it finishes with earth-laced flavors and an understated char note.
