Boheme Occidental Hills Pinot Noir 2017
The components of this reserve coastal cuveé include six Pinot Noir selections grown on three distinct soils. Averaging 30% stem inclusion, the fermentation lots underwent hand punch-down treatment, then aged 22 months in 30% new French Oak cooperage.
Dense tannins gird a robust core of toasted oak and black tea in this coastal wine. Sturdy elements of forest floor and clove complement wild strawberry and raspberry flavors and reach a cohesive whole.
