Winery Notes:

Since 2016, our Sauvignon Blanc has come from a unique site in St. Helena, AVA. We dry farm the vineyards organically. The spring was cooler than average but had consistent sunshine through the summer. The warm months of July and early August gave us golden clusters and a lot of concentration in flavors while preserving vibrant acidity. With classic aromas of citrus zest, hints of elderflower, and stone fruit. The barrel aging on lees gave the wine a great texture and layers, still driven by beautiful acidity.
