Winery Notes:
Our flagship wine, and perhaps the most consistent in flavor profile from year to year, the 2018 Carneros Pinot Noir is immediately recognizable on the nose thanks to the aroma of sassafras, which is joined by strawberry, black cherry, and a hint of earthiness, perhaps even mushroom. Red fruit leads on the palate, with a slightly floral undertone, and a concentrated, earthy finish. The palate is supported by fine-grained, well-integrated tannin.

A very juicy and flavorful pinot with orange peel, crushed stone, hints of vanilla and a strawberry undertone. Medium to full body, focused and structured at the end. Needs time to soften but attractive and fine textured. Drink after 2025

Also pouring a deep but transparent red hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Carneros is lifted with cracked pepper, cinnamon, and black raspberry. A full-bodied Pinot Noir, it is ripe with meaty richness on the palate, with ripe tannins and notes of black tea, baked black cherry, and woodsy spices. It is a robust and expansive style to drink over the next several years.

A perfumed, juicy wine bold and expressive in black cherry, blood orange and wild strawberry, this offers a thick foundation of profound structure and pronounced oak. Full bodied, it is intensely complex and powerful.

The medium ruby-purple colored 2018 Carneros Estate Pinot Noir has pretty aromas of crushed cranberries, blueberries, lilac and dried herbs with accents of charcuterie, fragrant earth and bark. Medium-bodied, it floods the mouth with spiced fruits, juicy, finely grainy and with a very long and flavorful finish.
