Winemaker Notes:
Bright golden in color with a flinty minerality and an animating very well integrated tartness. The opulent ripe yellow fruit with pineapple and mango as well as a hint of elderberries and a pinch of salt in the after taste make this wine memorable. Very well balanced with lots of facettes.
Matches delicate dishes perfectly. Great with salads, poultry but also with Curries or a Risotto.

This white is juicy and shows a bit more flesh covering its spine of acidity, showcasing peach, apple and slate flavors. Harmonious, finishes with floral and citrus notes. Drink now through 2032. 200 cases made, 40 cases imported.

A very expressive Kabinett with so much stone-fruit, red-apple and fresh-herb aromas, then a very elegant, rather sleek palate that’s very clean and focused with a barely off-dry and food-friendly finish. Drink now. Screw cap.

**Editors' Choice** Light as a feather but deeply penetrating, this high-spirited kabinett zips and zaps with delicately sweet lime, lemon and white-peach flavors. Dusted by slate and edged by smoke and salt, it's a deeply mineral, sprightly wine that finishes on piercing acidity. Delicious young but should drink at peak through 2027 and hold longer still.

The 2019 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett is clear and aromatic yet fresh and precise on the crunchy-pure slate bouquet. Round and piquant on the clear and crystalline palate, this is a light yet intense, filigreed, charmingly lush and persistently salty terroir-driven Kabinett with complexity, grip and tension on the finish that indicates great aging potential. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.
