Winery Notes:

The aromatics of the 2019 100% Syrah evoke the best of a wonderful growing season in this Walla Walla valley. I feel as if I’m sitting at a dusty wooden table while a meal is prepared and the warm wind and scents of lavender flow in through the window. I love that this wine has soaked up the terroir of our valley. Dusty warm summers, sun dried tomatoes, herbs both dried and fresh. It still brings serious brightness in the mouthfeel that allows the wine to remain fresh and alive. I would be very confident that this wine can lay down for years as the 2019 wines have been showing, but don’t feel guilty opening this wine on arrival.
