A concentrated Cabernet (86%) from sites across Kiona's Red Mountain estate holdings. This wine flashes plenty of savoury characteristics with eucalyptus, dried rose petals, desert sage, and crushed basalt. The palate shows a density of black fruit. Still, it carries a balance marked by smoky flint, streaks of graphite minerality and plenty of savoury herbs, sage, and wild fennel are framed by crushed black stone and ember to finish with concentrated dark chocolate.
