The underlying sandstone base is ideal for California Cabernet Sauvignon which delivers a rare consistency of berry ripeness, color, and flavor.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Ithaca Vineyard carries a lot of cedar and spices on the nose with baked berries and a warm cassis core plus a waft of dried herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied and chewy with vibrant fruit and cedary accents, finishing long.
