Winery Notes:
Our Revelist Cabernet Sauvignon is fragrant with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and cassis jam. On the palate, layers of concentrated fruit are complemented by flavors of sweet vanilla, baking spice, and warm cedar. Tannins are silky, highlighting the lusciously ripe fruit. 14.9% ABV.

Easily my favorite in the lineup, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Revelist (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) has rocking levels of blackcurrants, blueberries, spice, and flowers to go with a medium-bodied, elegant, and seamless profile on the palate that's already hard to resist. It's a brilliantly textured, balanced, incredibly impressive Cabernet Sauvignon that deserves 3-5 years in the cellar and will shine over the following 10-15 years.

Impressively saturated and deep in black fruits, this firmly structured wine tastes superripe, offering dried plums and dried cherries accented by dark chocolate, mint and blueberries. It is mouthfilling, laced with fine tannins and quite full in body. Best from 2026–2036.
