Realm The Bard 2015Winery Notes: We’ve made this Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated blend since 2003, our tribute to the great wines of Bordeaux’s Left Bank. We consider The Bard to be the quintessential wine of Realm: a dense, weighty and concentrated wine that year in and year out showcases the very best Cabernet Sauvignon of Napa Valley. Beckstoffer To Kalon and Dr. Crane, Blair Vineyard, Weitz Vineyard, Fortuna Vineyard and Beckstoffer Orchard have all found a place in The Bard. While the composition of the wine varies from year to year, Cabernet Sauvignon typically comprises over 70% of the blend, joined by lesser percentages of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and/or Petit Verdot.
Domaine Saint Prefert Classic Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2015Winemaker Notes : From the youngest vines (30 years and younger) in the Serres lieux-dit, 85% Grenache, 5% Cinsault, 5% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre. 100% whole-cluster fermentation. Aged 15 months in cement.
Le Vieux Donjon Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2015Notes of sweet kirsch, currants, garrigue and while pepper all emerge from this medium-bodied, elegant and balanced Châteauneuf du Pape that shows the more forward, mid-weight style of the vintage.
Twenty Rows Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Our 2015 Vintage is crafted from carefully selected grapes to yield an intense, deeply colored wine of concentrated aromas and flavors. The wine is approachable and delicious and full of dark cherries and black currants and has notes of cedar, sandalwood and coffee.
Renteria Russian River Pinot Noir 2014Winemaker Notes: This 2014 Pinot Noir is a beautiful wine that captures the terroir of the Russian River Valley. Generous notes of red cherry and fresh wild strawberry sail over a hint of baking spices, dusty earth and sweet tannin. The mouthfeel is rich, round and juicy, the bright acidity carrying the nuanced flavors through an echoing finish.
Arkenstone Ambrose Rose 2016Winery Note: Earthy, bright, bursting... Ambrosé reflects its California origins. Late-ripening Syrah kissed at the confluence of three Sonoma creeks, with a complement of complex Mourvèdre cooled by marine fogs rolling around Mount Diablo. A light touch in the cellar makes for rosé touched by light. Start with a gentle press, brief skin contact, & slow ferment. Stainless steel preserves natural acidity, while a bit of neutral French oak rounds out the mid-palate.
Lewis Cellars Napa Merlot 2015Winemaker Notes: In his '56 hit recording of "Blueberry Hill," Fats Domino could have been singing about our 2014 Merlot - a dream girl of perfumey fruits and cedary-oak spices. Fleshy, polished and ripe with plenty of youthful drive the wine is beautifully balanced, finishing with long, supple legs. 175 cases produced.
Lewis Cellars Mason's Cabernet Sauvignon 2015At 13 he's still the youngest brother, but big things come in small packages and this 2014 Mason's is full-on Napa Cabernet packed with juicy black plum and mature, chocolaty tannins. There's also plenty of Heath bar, cocoa powder and sweet oak spice to crank up the fun factor before things get too serious.
