Lewis Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Our 2014 Napa Valley Cab takes center stage in a flashy jumpsuit with super plush fruit and sexy oak spices - Elvis is in the house! There's a whole lotta fruit going on, playing out in perfect pitch and velvety voice - it's irresistibly good. Classic, three-chord composition provides structure with notes of cedar, clove and sweet tobacco for added melody. Finely polished with chocolaty tannins, something like blue suede shoes.
Arkenstone Ambrose Rose 2016Winery Note: Earthy, bright, bursting... Ambrosé reflects its California origins. Late-ripening Syrah kissed at the confluence of three Sonoma creeks, with a complement of complex Mourvèdre cooled by marine fogs rolling around Mount Diablo. A light touch in the cellar makes for rosé touched by light. Start with a gentle press, brief skin contact, & slow ferment. Stainless steel preserves natural acidity, while a bit of neutral French oak rounds out the mid-palate.

Aromas of high-toned black currant, dark cherry, and anise dance on the palate. Dark ripe berries, cassis, light spice notes with hints of earthy notes yield a rich and smooth mid-palate. The finish is loaded with ripe and opulent fruit that is framed by firm, but supple tannins, gaining length and grace along the way. This wine drinks well in its youth, but will also age gracefully for 8-15 years.
