A very attractive, just off-dry riesling with tons of fruit-salad character, but no hint of anything banal. Quite the opposite in fact, as this is precisely balanced and has a long, very clean finish. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink now. Screw cap.

Predominantly from volcanic soils, the 2021 Riesling Trocken is super clear, fresh and flinty on the precise and reductive nose that shows ripe but focused fruit with white peach and apricot aromas. Light and highly stimulating on the palate, this is a salty, crisp and grippy Riesling with juicy fruit and the mineral expression of the Nahe. 11.5% stated alcohol. Diam cork. Tasted in July 2022.
