Winery Notes:
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely scented of black cherries, blackberries and currents with a hint of vanilla, bay leaves, licorice, nutmeg and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and packed with juicy red and black fruit flavors and soft tannins, it has refreshing acidity and structure to ensure longevity, finishing long and softly textured. We produced 237 cases of the 2018 MC4.
