Winery Notes:
The 2019 Napa Cabernet has deliciously dense aromatics with bright notes of dusty red cherries, blackberry, top grain leather, subtle hints of eucalyptus, saw dust, black licorice, and soy. Out of the glass, tightly packed tannins greet you, complimented by a full palate and subtle mouthwatering acidity reminiscent of fresh pressed pomegranate juice. Black fruit flavors, graphite, and a thick body create a wine that is full and round, perfect for an evening in front of the fireplace.
Recommended Drinking Window: 2023 - 2029

The appellation 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a big winner and another remarkable achievement from Keith Emerson. It's another finesse-driven effort offering beautiful red and black fruits as well as floral, dusty earth, and spicy nuances. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins and a great mouthfeel, I finished my notes with 'crazy good at the price.' It will keep for a solid decade, although there's no need to delay gratification.
