Our 2021 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied wine that brims with bouquets of cherry and strawberry. Aromas of violet and toasted oak rise from the glass with palate-filling notes of raspberry and cherry compote while subtle notes of earthiness frame the fruit notes. A long finish lingers with hints of mocha with a touch of pepper.
