Winery Notes:
The 2021 Teeter-Totter Paso Robles Proprietary Red Wine is an unorthodox and mouthwatering mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. The nose offers up a seductive swirl of bright, crunchy red fruits, black cherries, dark chocolate, tobacco, and violets. Ripe, polished tannins build a full-bodied mid-palate with juicy acidity and a long, layered finish you can take to the bank.

A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 10% Grenache, and 5% Mourvedre from the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, the 2021 Proprietary Red offers up a terrific perfume of ripe, pure blue fruits, liquid violets, chalky mineral, and some chocolaty nuances. It's full-bodied, has a plush, pure texture, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. It's one opulent, sexy, satisfying Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the coming 5-7 years.
