Winery Notes:
This bodacious blend boasts a beautiful blushed red color that is followed by an alluring nose of tamarind, wood fire toasted marshmallow, marionberries and fresh ground espresso. The balanced palate showcases bright fruit qualities highlighted by plum, mountain blueberries and juniper. The tannic structure of the wine lingers on your palate and leaves lasting notes of cigar box and unsweetened cocoa. Structured enough to be laid down but elegant enough to be enjoyed. Drink 2024 through 2032.

The 2018 Red Wine Jillian's Blend is packed with inky dark fruit, chocolate, licorice, dark spice and tobacco. This fleshy, bold red will drink nicely right out of the gate, although a few years in bottle will help soften the tannins.

On the slightly rugged, old-school style of the spectrum, with a core of steeped red and black currant fruit backed by a burly structure and notes of chestnut, sage and bay leaf. Shows singed cedar and alder notes that thread up the finish, with nice latent energy. For fans of the gutsy style. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Best from 2024 through 2036. 2,380 cases made.
