This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic example of a perfectly balanced valley floor Cabernet with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this wine offers blackberry pie, dried Mission figs, baking spices, blackberry coulis and a hint of cigar box. The palate offers smooth and velvety tannins, chocolate-covered cherries, red currants, huckleberry pie, toasted walnuts, vanillin and hibiscus tea. This offering is enjoyable today but will also evolve with cellar aging through 2038.

Deep, dark and elegant, this full-bodied wine sips easily despite significant tannins since they are silky and fine-grained. Black cherries, blackberries and blueberries blend with hints of charred oak and iron for a complex, edgy palate. Best from 2028–2038.
