Winery Notes:
Citrus, grapefruit, white peach, apricot, Meyer lemon zest, fresh lime, nectarine, white flower, tarragon, chalky soil, wet stone mineral, sea breeze salinity. Makes you want to just keep smelling it. Light and lean on the palate but the acidity lingers invoking again that feeling of salinity that leaves you craving more. It’s asking to be paired with oysters. Which we did. Simply delicious.

This Picpoul may not sting your lips like some French versions, but it has enough acidity to shake you by the collar. Lemon zest and pears battle earthy oregano for aromatic supremacy, while a wave of lemon, tonic water and toasted hazelnut flavors crashes over the palate. Pure white wine bliss.
