Winery Notes:
The color of a garnet gemstone with delicious aromas of raspberry jam, brown sugar, and red licorice. Flavors of roasted coconut, fresh blackberry, and plum are accompanied by a smooth structure with sturdy tannins and juicy acidity. Drink now through 2029

A juicy, ripe and packed style, with a core of dark currant and boysenberry preserves flanked by singed vanilla and black licorice. Ends with toasty oomph, but with good underlying energy as well. Drink now through 2034. 1,012 cases made.

All estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Laird's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a reasonable value in the overpriced world of Napa Valley. Aged in a fair bit of new French oak, it offers up scents of cedar, dark chocolate, plum and black cherry. It's full-bodied and a bit more tannic than Jillian's Blend but still open-knit, approachable and easy to drink, with a long, velvety finish.
